my story
I started drawing at fourteen, almost by chance.
There was no plan, no art school — just that strange feeling of wanting to hold things on paper before they disappeared.
Over time, drawing became painting. Oil on canvas was the medium I used most, but I always experimented — watercolour, pencil, pastel, anything with an interesting texture.
Between 2002 and 2007 I lived the most intense period: exhibitions, competitions, newspaper articles, a small but real presence in the local art scene of Trentino. Then life took other paths — engineering, work, a family — and painting remained, but quieter.
Today I still paint. With more awareness and less hurry. Around 60–70 works produced over twenty years, between paintings kept, sold, and some lost along the way.

I built this space myself — with Hugo, GitHub and Netlify, all free and open source tools. I have always been curious about computing and new technologies, and building something from scratch with your own hands — even digital ones — gives me the same satisfaction as finishing a painting.
The design is deliberately minimal: text, images, little distraction. Because art is meant to be looked at, not packaged.
